The posting

Votre mission principale en tant que Hydraulic Test Technician est d'effectuer des tests sur des systèmes et composants hydrauliques pour des lanceurs spatiaux, afin d'évaluer leur performance, leur efficacité et leur conformité aux spécifications.

Responsabilités :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les opérateurs d'assemblage ;
  • Être responsable du réglage et des essais du système de commande de vol hydraulique du nouveau lanceur spatial A6 ;
  • Mettre en place et réaliser les différents tests : vibration, climatique et puissance ;
  • Assurer le suivi de l'étalonnage et de la calibration de tous les appareils ;
  • Rédiger les rapports de test et consigner les résultats ;
  • Mettre à jour la documentation technique liée aux procédures de test et aux spécifications ;
  • Proposer des recommandations.

Vous aurez la responsabilité de :

  • Veiller aux normes de qualité EN9100 et de la norme environnementale ISO 14001 ;
  • Réaliser des auto-contrôles rigoureux pour garantir la qualité et la conformité du travail ;
  • Transférer ses compétences et connaissances aux nouveaux membres de l'équipe afin de favoriser un environnement d'apprentissage continu et de soutien mutuel.
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité, santé et environnement.
  • Signaler les risques et appliquer les procédures pour prévenir les incidents.

Formation(s) / Expérience :

  • Etudes : Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en électromécanique ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Expérience souhaitée : Une expérience dans le secteur aéronautique ou spatial constitue un atout.

  • Vous faites preuve d'esprit critique et avez le souci du détail ;
  • Vous accordez une attention particulière à la qualité et à la sécurité ;
  • Vous travaillez avec autonomie et prenez en charge vos projets de manière responsable ;
  • Vous êtes flexible et appréciez le travail en équipe.

Techniques : Vous avez des connaissances en hydraulique, pneumatique et des connaissances de base en mécanique.

Linguistiques :

  • Vous parlez couramment le français et/ou le néerlandais ;
  • La connaissance de l'anglais technique est un atout.

Informatiques : Une expérience avec Matlab est un plus.
