Heb jij een passie voor hydraulica en werk je graag aan industriële machines? Als hydraulieker zorg je mee voor betrouwbare productiemachines en installaties. Je combineert onderhoud en herstellingen met storingsondersteuning en technische verbeteringen.

  • Je voert onderhoud, herstellingen en verbeteringen uit aan hydraulische, pneumatische en smeertechnische installaties.
  • Je ondersteunt je collega’s bij het opsporen en oplossen van storingen aan productiemachines.
  • Je monteert, demonteert, test en herstelt hydraulische componenten zoals ventielen, cilinders en flexibele leidingen.
  • Je leest en interpreteert hydraulische en pneumatische schema’s, technische tekeningen en werkorders.
  • Je voert visuele controles en inspectierondes uit om afwijkingen tijdig op te merken.
  • Je neemt deel aan veiligheidsonderzoeken en stelt risicoanalyses en testverslagen op.
  • Je stemt werkzaamheden af met onderhoudschefs, werkvoorbereiders, productieafdelingen en collega-techniekers.
  • Je begeleidt externe techniekers tijdens interventies en preventieve onderhoudswerken.
  • Je zorgt voor orde en netheid en volgt de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften bij elke interventie.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een praktisch ingestelde technieker die graag initiatief neemt en nauwkeurig werkt.

  • Je hebt technische kennis van hydraulica, pneumatica en smering.
  • Kennis van mechanica is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan technische plannen, werkorders, montagevoorschriften en hydraulische of pneumatische schema’s lezen en begrijpen.
  • Je werkt veilig en kan zelfstandig de risico’s van technische interventies inschatten.
  • Je pakt problemen actief aan en werkt volgens de afgesproken procedures.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en stemt vlot af met collega’s, productieafdelingen en externe partners.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, duurzaamheid, orde en netheid.
  • Je kan uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en technische bevindingen rapporteren via pc-toepassingen.
