Met 25 jaar ervaring op de teller verstaan we dit vak als geen ander. Wij zijn er voor de ondernemers. Voor de aanpakkers met de creatieve, originele ideeën, die het lef hebben om daar ook werk van te maken. Zij verdienen het om origineel te kunnen blijven. Met een merk dat onderscheidend is en waar een ander niet zomaar mee aan de haal gaat. Zorgvuldig, maar altijd praktisch en creatief en laten daarbij commerciële kansen niet onbenut. Merkenbureau Breda Wat ga je doen als Senior jurist IE bij Merk-Echt? Je bent een meester in het ' IE schaakspel' en bent gedreven om op te komen voor de belangen van de ondernemer. Inbreuk vind je onrechtvaardig en je zal er dan ook alles aan doen om het recht van je klant te verdedigen. Je hebt ruime ervaring met juridische IE kwesties en vindt moeiteloos je weg in de verschillende procedures. Je weet complexe situaties te simplificeren en je klant in dit proces mee te nemen. Je komt te werken in een ambitieus team op de juridische afdeling. Kortom, een functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid waarbij het zo goed mogelijk helpen van onze klanten centraal staat.
