logo Q Logic B.V. Implementatie Consultant (32/40 uur) Arnhem - Gelderland - Vast Industry Bij deze HR-dienstverlener werken ongeveer 10 collega's, een leuk team met een nuchtere mentaliteit. Hun dienstverlening richt zich op het uit handen nemen van de volledige HR-backoffice activiteiten voor intermediairs (uitzendbureaus), maar ook eindklanten in de zorg, productie en de logistiek. Recentelijk zijn zij verhuisd naar hartje Arnhem. Waar zij vanuit een fijn kantoor werken, en waar je voor de deur kunt parkeren. Er worden met het team regelmatig leuke uitjes geregeld. Job description Als Implementatie Consultant werk je direct samen met een collega Implemenatie Consultant en Sales Consultant. Dit zijn twee ervaren collega's die al een wat langere tijd binnen de organisatie werken. Je bent samen met jouw directe collega hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij optimaal worden begeleid, vanaf de implementatie tot aan het verdere relatiebeheer. Wanneer Sales een nieuwe klant heeft binnengehaald, neem jij het stokje over. Je begeleidt het volledige implementatietraject van A tot Z. Je zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken correct worden vertaald naar de inrichting van de dienstverlening. Je controleert of alle benodigde informatie compleet is, bewaakt prijsafspraken en richt de systemen in. Daarnaast voer je klantinventarisaties en kredietchecks uit en voer je implementatiemeetings. Tijdens de onboarding neem je de klant stap voor stap mee in het proces. Je geeft demonstraties van de systemen, legt uit hoe processen werken en begeleidt de klant bij het aanleveren van gegevens en het gebruik van het portaal. De eerste maanden blijf je nauw betrokken om ervoor te zorgen dat de samenwerking soepel verloopt. Daarna neemt de backoffice de operationele werkzaamheden over, terwijl jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant blijft. De focus ligt daarnaast sterk op relatiebeheer.
