Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je begeleidt implementatietrajecten bij enterprise klanten en zorgt ervoor dat het platform correct wordt vertaald naar hun commerciële processen en manier van werken.
  • Je analyseert de huidige processen bij klanten, brengt noden en knelpunten in kaart en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen binnen het SaaS-platform.
  • Je werkt samen met klanten en interne teams rond Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence en Product om functionaliteiten en AI-toepassingen optimaal te benutten.
  • Je volgt de adoptie en het gebruik van het platform op, detecteert bottlenecks en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie, change management en verdere productverbeteringen en vormt zo de brug tussen de klant, business en het productteam.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je hebt minimaal 4-5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, bijvoorbeeld als Implementation Consultant, Functional Analyst, Digital Advisor of binnen softwareconsultancy.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SaaS- of softwareoplossingen en vindt het interessant om technologie te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen voor klanten.
  • Je combineert een analytische en technische mindset met sterke communicatieve en consultatieve skills.
  • Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Engels. Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je voelt je goed in een scale-upomgeving waar je zelfstandig werkt, initiatief neemt en niet voor elke beslissing een proces nodig hebt.
