Als Informatiemanager bij gemeente Westland verbind je beleid, organisatie en IT. Je krijgt de ruimte om richting te geven aan de informatievoorziening en direct bij te dragen aan betere dienstverlening voor inwoners. Jouw rol Als Informatiemanager ben je de strategische schakel tussen de maatschappelijke opgaven van gemeente Westland en de mogelijkheden van digitalisering en informatievoorziening. Je adviseert management en collega's over informatievraagstukken en zorgt dat ontwikkelingen worden vertaald naar concrete oplossingen. Daarbij werk je samen met managers, beleidsadviseurs, proceseigenaren, projectleiders, functioneel beheerders en leveranciers. Je werkt binnen het domein Maatschappij, waar onder andere publieksdienstverlening, klantcontact, inkomen, participatie en belastingen samenkomen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren over digitalisering, informatievoorziening en gemeentelijke dienstverlening; - Regie voeren op applicatie- en informatiemanagement; - Ontwikkelen en bewaken van de informatie- en digitaliseringsroadmap; - Opstellen van businesscases en projectmandaten; - Verbinden van organisatiebelangen, beleid en IT; - Bewaken van kaders rond onder andere AVG, BIO en de Archiefwet; - Signaleren van kansen op het gebied van AI, data, ketensamenwerking en digitale dienstverlening. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. Je bent analytisch sterk, organisatiesensitief en weet verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen.
