Dan zoeken wij jou: een Infrastructure R&D Engineer die private clouds, clusters en CI/CD-omgevingen net zo soepel laat varen als het schip zelf. Over de functie Als Infrastructure R&D Engineer werk je binnen een multidisciplinair team aan het ontwerpen, configureren en doorontwikkelen van infrastructuuroplossingen die operationeel het verschil maken. Je bouwt private clouds, beheert clusters en ondersteunt het neerzetten van CI/CD-omgevingen en templates. De omgevingen zijn complex, bedrijfskritisch en vragen om hoge beschikbaarheid en strakke security. Je focust op schaalbaarheid, performance en troubleshooting binnen compute, storage en netwerk. Daarnaast denk je mee over de juiste hardware-keuzes en bouw je aan een infrastructuur die robuust en toekomstbestendig is. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Ontwerpen en configureren van private cloudomgevingen - Bouwen van systemen voor beheer van clusters, VM's, storage en snapshots - Monitoren en analyseren van performance van compute, storage en netwerk - Inrichten van policies, rollen en rechten in complexe netwerken - Troubleshooten van issues zoals clusterproblemen, VM-migraties en netwerkstoringen - Selecteren van geschikte hardware stacks en chassis - Meebouwen aan pipelines, templates en CI/CD-omgevi...
