Je beheert samen met je collega's onze server-, storage- en virtualisatieomgeving, zowel in onze datacenters als in Azure. Je houdt beschikbaarheid, capaciteit en performance in de gaten, voert updates en wijzigingen uit en grijpt in bij verstoringen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de snelle oplossing: je onderzoekt oorzaken en voorkomt dat problemen terugkomen. Nieuwe infrastructuur uit projecten neem je mee in beheer. Je zorgt dat monitoring, documentatie en beheer goed geregeld zijn en denkt mee over verbeteringen. Je werkt onder andere met VMware, Linux, Windows Server, Azure en onze storage- en back-upvoorzieningen. Veiligheid is daarbij vanzelfsprekend en je werkt nauw samen met andere ICT-specialisten en securitycollega's. Jouw taken: Je hebt al ervaring met infrastructuurbeheer en weet wat er nodig is om een complexe omgeving betrouwbaar te laten draaien. Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en vindt het leuk om samen met collega's technische vraagstukken op te lossen. We zoeken vooral iemand die: - hbo-werk- en denkniveau heeft; - meerdere jaren ervaring heeft met infrastructuurbeheer; - thuis is in VMware, Linux en Windows Server; - ervaring heeft met Azure, Entra ID of andere cloudworkloads; - bekend is met incident-, problem- en changemanagement; - kennis graag deelt en verbeteringen zelf signaleert. Certificeringen van bijvoorbeeld Microsoft, VMware, Omnissa, Commvault, Dell of Citrix zijn mooi meegenomen.
