The posting

Voor onze klant, een leverancier voor de foodservicemarkt in Lokeren, zijn we op zoek naar een Inkoop- en Demand Planner.

Als Inkoop- & Demand Planner speel je een cruciale rol binnen het bedrijf. Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen en verpakkingen tijdig beschikbaar zijn, terwijl je continu de impact van beslissingen op productie, kwaliteit, voorraadniveaus en klantenleveringen bewaakt.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoop- en planningsproces van een toegewezen productportfolio. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met aankoop, productie, kwaliteit, logistiek en sales.

1. Demand Planning

Je vertaalt commerciële verwachtingen naar een haalbare bevoorradings- en aankoopplanning.

Concreet betekent dit:

- Opstellen en opvolgen van forecast- en behoefteplanningen.

- Analyseren van verkooptrends, voorraadniveaus en productiebehoeften.

- Vertalen van forecasts naar concrete aankoop- en bevoorradingsplannen.

- Signaleren van risico's en proactief voorstellen van oplossingen.

2. Aankoopbeheer van A tot Z

Je zorgt ervoor dat alle nodige materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn om een vlotte productie te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

- Plaatsen van bestellingen op basis van vaste bestelcycli, forecasts, nieuwe projecten en operationele noden.

- Opvolgen van orderbevestigingen en levertermijnen.

- Actief monitoren van leveringen en tijdig escaleren bij vertragingen.

- Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en leveranciers opvolgen waar nodig.

- Correct verwerken van prijzen en aankoopvoorwaarden in het ERP-systeem.

- Waken over correcte facturatie en prijsafspraken.

- Opvolgen van raamcontracten en andere commerciële afspraken.

- Registreren, opvolgen en afhandelen van leveranciersklachten.

3. Supply Chain & Operationele Coördinatie

- Inzicht hebben in de volledige productieketen en de onderlinge afhankelijkheden tussen productiestappen.

- Inschatten van de impact van tekorten, laattijdige leveringen of wijzigingen in de planning.

- Snel en doordacht acties ondernemen om verstoringen te voorkomen.

- Prioriteiten kunnen bepalen in functie van kwaliteit, productieplanning, voorraadbeschikbaarheid en klantenservice.

- Meedenken over optimalisaties binnen aankoop- en planningsprocessen.

4. Rapportering & Analyse

- Opstellen van KPI-rapporteringen en analyses voor de aankoopmanager.

- Analyseren van voorraadniveaus, forecastafwijkingen, leveranciersprestaties en aankoopprijzen.

- Onderbouwen van beslissingen met cijfermatige analyses.

- Bachelor of Master in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfseconomie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in aankoop, demand planning, supply chain planning of materiaalplanning.

- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans. Je gebruikt deze talen dagelijks in contacten met leveranciers en andere externe partners.

- Ervaring binnen de vleesverwerkende sector of voedingsindustrie is een zeer sterke troef.

- Sterk analytisch en cijfermatig onderlegd.

- Gevorderde kennis van Excel; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.

- Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt eigenaarschap over jouw dossiers.

- Je behoudt overzicht in een complexe omgeving en weet prioriteiten correct te stellen.

- Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met interne en externe stakeholders.

- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kan snel schakelen wanneer omstandigheden wijzigen.
