Je ondersteunt en adviseert projectteams, programmamanagers en vakspecialisten bij het kiezen en uitvoeren van passende inkoopstrategieën en begeleidt aanbestedingsprocedures van start tot contractvorming. Je werkt aan grote en complexe ruimtelijke opgaven, waaronder Noordpoort, Nieuwveense Landen, Stationsgebied, stedelijke herinrichtingsprojecten, vastgoedprojecten en projecten gericht op de energie- en warmtetransitie. Je werkt samen met collega's van het cluster Inkoop. Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden - Adviseren en begeleiden: inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten binnen het fysieke domein (GWW, vastgoed, openbare ruimte, duurzaamheid). - Inkoopstrategieën: opstellen en adviseren over inkoopstrategieën passend bij projectdoelen en gemeentelijk beleid. - Aanbestedingen en contracten: begeleiden van (meervoudig onderhandse, nationale en Europese) aanbestedingen en het sluiten van contracten met marktpartijen. - Rechtmatigheid en doelmatigheid: borgen van rechtmatigheid, doelmatigheid en strategische meerwaarde binnen alle inkooptrajecten. - Verbinden: verbinden van inkoop, contractmanagement en projectteams en zorgen voor duidelijke rollen en verantwoordelijkheden binnen de verschillende projectgroepen. - Procesverbetering: leveren van input voor verbetering van processen, procedures en systemen binnen de projecten. - Sparringpartner: fungeren als sparringpartner voor projectleiders op het gebied van inkoop. - Begeleiding interne opdrachtgevers: begeleiden van interne opdrachtgevers bij inkoopvragen en aanbestedingsprocessen. - Aanspreekpunt: optreden als vast aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeho...
