Heinen Delfts Blauw groeit en daarom versterken we ons Operationele team met een Inkoper. In deze nieuwe functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van ons assortiment en zorg je voor een goede balans tussen beschikbaarheid, voorraad, kosten en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Je schakelt dagelijks met leveranciers én met collega's van Product & Design, Category Management, Logistiek, Productie, Commercie en S&OP. Wie zijn wij? Heinen Delfts Blauw brengt al generaties lang Nederlands design, vakmanschap en verhalen samen. Vanuit onze winkels, horecaformule, zakelijke markt, internationale distributie en online kanalen bereiken we dagelijks klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Wat ga je doen? - Vertalen van forecasts en commerciële planning naar concrete inkooporders - Plaatsen, opvolgen en bijsturen van orders voor nieuw en bestaand assortiment - Bewaken van voorraadposities, levertijden en productbeschikbaarheid - Onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van internationale leveranciersrelaties - Onderhandelen over prijzen, MOQ's, levertijden en overige inkoopcondities - Selecteren van nieuwe leveranciers en signaleren van sourcingmogelijkheden - Bewaken van kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid - Analyseren van prijsontwikkelingen, kosten en voorraad en signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden - Coördineren van inbound freight, import en douane samen met Logistiek en externe partners - Meedenken over efficiënte sourcing, logistieke routing en distributie - Verder professionaliseren en verbeteren van het inkoopproces - Tijdig signaleren en oplossen van voorraad-, leverings- en leveranciersrisico's Wie ben jij?
