Jobomschrijving

Zie jij potentieel waar anderen alleen een stuk grond zien? Met jouw vastgoedkennis en commerciële feeling leg je de basis voor toekomstige woonprojecten. Je ontdekt opportuniteiten, overtuigt eigenaars en onderhandelt over deals die het verschil maken.

Jouw rol:

Als Inkoper Projectgronden combineer je marktinzicht, cijfermatig denkvermogen en sterke relaties. Je volgt opportuniteiten van eerste analyse tot overeenkomst.

  • Je spoort geschikte projectgronden en afbraakpanden op in Antwerpen en/of Vlaams-Brabant
  • Tevens onderzoek je de haalbaarheid met marktanalyses en rentabiliteitsberekeningen
  • Je bespreekt mogelijkheden met grondeigenaars, makelaars en andere partners
  • Je onderhandelt over voorwaarden en stelt overeenkomsten op
  • Het uitbouwen van een waardevol netwerk met notarissen, gemeentebesturen en eigenaars is noodzakelijk om tot successen te komen
  • Tot slot volg je trends in vastgoed, stedenbouw en ruimtelijke ordening op de voet

Je krijgt energie van onderhandelen, kansen ontdekken en zelfstandig resultaten boeken. Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen vastgoed of projectontwikkeling
  • Grondige kennis van vastgoed, stedenbouw en ruimtelijke ordening
  • Sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een geboren netwerker die vertrouwen en professionaliteit uitstraalt
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
