Bij KBK Bouwgroep werken we dagelijks aan de verbetering, verduurzaming en restauratie van vastgoed. Verdeeld over onze divisies Vastgoedverbetering, B2 Restauratie en KBK MediZorg. Dat vraagt om een Inkoper die niet alleen scherp onderhandelt, maar ook langdurige relaties opbouwt met leveranciers en onderaannemers die echt bijdragen aan onze projectdoelstellingen. Als Inkoper & Relatiebeheerder ben je de verbindende schakel tussen projectteams, leveranciers, divisies en de centrale Inkoopboard. Je opereert binnen de kaders van het KBK-inkoopbeleid, maar hebt de ruimte om divisie-specifiek te handelen en echte impact te maken op kostenbeheersing, kwaliteit en leveranciersprestaties. Jouw rol Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inkooptraject binnen bouwprojecten, van offerteaanvraag en onderhandeling tot contractafsluiting en leveranciersbeoordeling. Je ondersteunt projectteams zowel in de voorbereidings- als uitvoeringsfase, bewaakt naleving van contractafspraken en bent proactief op zoek naar nieuwe leveranciers, innovaties en samenwerkingsmogelijkheden. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat de juiste partijen aan tafel zitten, tegen de beste voorwaarden, op het juiste moment. Dat is jouw toegevoegde waarde in elk project. Wat ga je doen - Uitvoeren van divisie-specifieke inkooptrajecten: offerteaanvragen, vergelijkingen en onderhandelingen over prijs, kwaliteit, planning en leveringsvoorwaarden - Sluiten van raamcontracten en bewaken van naleving van contractafspraken en prestatieafspraken - Uitvoeren van leveranciersbeoordelingen en proactief sturen op prestatieverbetering - Ondersteunen van projectteams bij inkoopstrategieën en budgetbewaking in zowel de voorbereidingsfas...
