Wat ga je doen?

Houd je ervan om klanten telefonisch en per mail vooruit te helpen, en wil je dat je werk rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan omzet? Wij zoeken een Inside Sales Medewerker voor een groeiend bedrijf componenten levert. Je komt terecht in een commercieel team met een duidelijke rol voor de binnendienst. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de Key Account Managers en andere afdelingen.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit o.a.

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en denkt mee over de juiste oplossing
  • Je behandelt binnenkomende aanvragen, stelt offertes op en volgt ze actief op tot de deal rond is
  • Je belt klanten proactief terug over openstaande offertes
  • Je verwerkt orders en volgt ze op, zodat leveringen op tijd en correct gebeuren.
  • Je houdt klantgegevens up-to-date in SAP Business One
  • Je signaleert up- en cross-sellkansen en speelt die door aan het team
  • Je helpt de voorraadniveaus te bewaken, zodat producten beschikbaar zijn wanneer de klant ze nodig heeft
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met de Key Account Managers en collega's van andere afdelingen

Wie zoeken we?

  • Reeds ervaring in een Sales support, binnendienst of klantendienst functie
  • Bachelordiploma in een technisch of technisch commerciële richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je durft de telefoon op te pakken en telefonische sales te doen wanneer nodig
