In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van klantaanvragen van eerste contact tot offerte en verkoop. Je hebt veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid binnen je projecten. Als Inside Sales Medewerker heb je dagelijks contact met (potentiële) klanten en speel je een belangrijke rol in het salesproces. Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers en vormt de schakel tussen klant, techniek en commercie. Je volgt binnenkomende leads op via onder andere platforms zoals 12Build en Cobouw. Dit zijn voornamelijk lauwe tot warme leads; koude acquisitie maakt niet direct onderdeel uit van je werk. Je brengt klantbehoeften scherp in kaart, maakt calculaties voor kleinere projecten (tot ongeveer €20.000) en stelt offertes op die je actief opvolgt. Daarnaast zorg je voor een goede vastlegging van klantinformatie en ondersteun je accountmanagers in het verdere salestraject. Werkomgeving & groei Je komt terecht in een team van circa 15 inside sales collega's, verdeeld over Breda en Schagen. Er is veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid en eigen verantwoordelijkheid, zonder strak keurslijf. De organisatie zit in een interessante groeifase van familiebedrijf naar een meer corporate en internationaal opererende speler.
