Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Inside Sales Specialist (m/v/x) voor een klant actief in de technologiesector in Evere.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Inside Sales Specialist ben je een cruciale schakel in de ondersteuning van het sales team. Je combineert commerciële ondersteuning met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en analytisch inzicht.

Je bent onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het dagelijks ondersteunen van het sales team bij commerciële en administratieve vragen;
  • Het opmaken en analyseren van omzetgegevens, verkooprapporteringen en klantinformatie;
  • Het beheren en opvolgen van prijsafspraken, kortingen en promoties in het ERP-systeem;
  • Het voorbereiden en implementeren van promotionele acties en prijslijsten;
  • Het controleren van de correcte uitvoering van commerciële afspraken;
  • Het aanmaken en onderhouden van klant- en productgegevens;
  • Het ondersteunen van listingaanvragen en referentieringen bij klanten en retailpartners;
  • Het voorbereiden en verwerken van prijscompensaties en administratieve commerciële dossiers;
  • Het signaleren van afwijkingen en het voorstellen van verbeteringen in processen en rapportering;
  • Het onderhouden van vlotte interne contacten met sales, marketing, productmanagement en andere betrokken afdelingen.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken een kandidaat met een eerste stevige ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, die zelfstandig kan werken en sterk is in coördinatie en opvolging.

Je beschikt idealiter over:

  • Een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • Een goede eerste ervaring in sales support, inside sales, customer service of commerciële administratie;
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem
  • Een zeer goede kennis van Excel en rapportering;
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, met een goede werkkennis van het Engels;
  • Sterke administratieve nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail;
  • Analytisch inzicht en affiniteit met cijfers, prijsbeheer en commerciële data;
  • Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen, deadlines te respecteren en meerdere dossiers tegelijk op te volgen;
  • Een proactieve, communicatieve en collegiale ingesteldheid.
