Inspection Engineer Rotterdam Functie omschrijving Als Inspection Engineer bezoek je verschillende klanten. Hierbij kom je in aanraking met bestaande complexe installaties en nieuwbouw projecten. Je inspecteert, keurt of (her) beoordeelt installaties, onderdelen daarvan en/of producten op basis van nationale en internationale voorschriften en regelingen, wet en regelgeving of aan de hand van klantspecificaties. Tevens beoordeel je reparaties of wijzigingen van bestaande installaties of onderdelen daarvan Naast het keuren en inspecteren van installaties ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van las -kwalificaties, -methodekwalificaties en het bijwonen en beoordelen van non-destructieve (las-) materiaalbeproevingen. Bovendien verleen je advies op gebied van lastechniek. Je kunt ingezet worden voor inspecties aan raffinaderijen, electriciteitscentrales, containers, chemische fabrieken, offshore platformen, opslagtanks, mega-kranen, ondergrondse en onderzeese pijpleidingen en ook allerhande drukhoudende apparatuur door het hele land afhankelijk van jouw kennis, ervaring en interesse. Zelfstandig kun je jouw agenda in plannen, afspraken maken en het contact met klanten onderhouden. Hierin word je uiteraard ondersteund door onze binnendienst en akspecialisten in vakgebieden zoals appliances, pipelines, lifting, piping, structures, drukapparatuur en samenbouw & beveiliging. Als Inspection Engineer ben je onderdeel van een team van gedreven technici en bezoek je (vanuit huis) zelfstandig diverse klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het rapporteren van jouw bevindingen en het eindoordeel. Tot slot betreft een belangrijk onderdeel van het werk, het onderhouden van de relaties met jouw eigen nationale en internationale klanten.
