* Zoologie, Standort Innsbruck

Beschäftigungsausmaß:

* 30 Stunden/Woche

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Allgemeine Agenden des Institutsbetriebes, Lehrdatenverwaltung, Studierendenbelange, Personalverwaltung, Verwaltung von Institutskonten, Drittmittelverwaltung, Bestellungen, VIS Anwendungen

* Unterstützung bei Projektabwicklungen, insbesondere der Finanzen

* Assistenz der Institutsleitung

Ihr Profil:

* Maturaabschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in Büroarbeit, sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP); Erfahrung in Betriebsorganisation, Terminkoordination und Budgetverwaltung von Vorteil, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Organisationstalent, vernetzte Denkfähigkeit

* Einsatzbereitschaft und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz, Konfliktlösungskompetenz, Selbstständigkeit, Belastbarkeit
