We bieden aanvullende gespecialiseerde jeugdhulp in Amsterdam, Diemen, Uithoorn en Ouder-Amstel, zonder onnodige drempels. Onze aanpak? Outreachend, laagdrempelig en dichtbij, bij gezinnen thuis, op scholen en op alle plekken waar jeugdigen zich bevinden. In onze multidisciplinaire gebiedsteams bundelen we de krachten met professionals uit verschillende organisaties. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat gezinnen snel en effectief de juiste ondersteuning krijgen. Geen hulpvraag is hetzelfde, en dát maakt ons werk dynamisch, uitdagend en ontzettend waardevol. Waar kom je terecht? Je wordt onderdeel van een gedreven gebiedsteam in de regio Oost. Samen met psychologen, orthopedagogen, (transcultureel) systeemtherapeuten, jeugd- en gezinscoaches en IAG-ers werk je aan complexe hulpvragen. We kijken juist niet alleen naar problemen, maar vooral naar de kracht en veerkracht van elk gezin.
