Lees dan snel verder! Wegens aanhoudende groei zijn wij in Oosterhout op zoek naar een intercedent. Als intercedent bemiddel je personeel in verschillende vakgebieden naar een passende baan. Actief ga je op zoek naar werkgevers en arbeidskrachten ten einde de juiste match te maken. Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken met potentiële kandidaten voor een vacature. Tijdens deze gesprekken worden de kandidaten gescreend en beoordeeld voor de vacature. Na deze selectieronde draag je een geschikte kandidaten voor aan de opdrachtgever. Als intercedent beschik je over een gedegen netwerk en ben je in staat om je commerciële inzicht om te zetten tot doelgerichte acties. Je signaleert kansen in de markt en je werft actief nieuwe klanten voor Raaak Personeel. Bij Raaak Personeel kennen we alleen maar klanten! Zowel werkzoekenden als bedrijven zijn voor Raaak Personeel dé klant. Iedere dag is anders! Een intercedent is een zeer brede functie; je werft en selecteert het juiste personeel, je voert gesprekken met potentiële medewerker, je gaat op zoek naar kansen in de markt om vacatures te vinden die je kan invullen. Het is een dynamische, commerciële functie waarbij je te maken krijgt met cao's en wet- en regelgeving. Raaak Personeel beschikt over een interne support afdeling waarbij je al deze informatie kan verkrijgen. Daarnaast zal je trainingen krijgen om over voldoende kennis te beschikken om deze functie te bekleden.
