Je bezoekt klanten, voert gesprekken met kandidaten en ziet commerciële kansen die je niet laat liggen. We geven je veel vrijheid en vertrouwen erop dat je initiatief neemt, kansen ziet en ervoor zorgt dat klanten graag met jou en Timing samenwerken. Je bouwt je eigen netwerk op, onderhoudt bestaande relaties en weet precies wat er speelt bij de bedrijven in jouw regio. Een vaste werkdag hebben we niet, en dat maakt het juist leuk. Je begint bijvoorbeeld met een kop koffie en een aantal telefoontjes naar klanten. Daarna ga je misschien op klantbezoek om de personeelsbehoefte te bespreken en mee te denken over de beste oplossing. Terug op kantoor overleg je met je recruitmentcollega's over kandidaten. Wie past waar? Welke vacature staat nog open? En kunnen we die klant misschien nog ergens anders mee helpen? Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn het benaderen van nieuwe klanten, het onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties, het bezoeken van klanten en meedenken over personeelsvraagstukken, samenwerken met recruiters om de juiste kandidaten te vinden, kandidaten en flexkrachten begeleiden en contact met hen houden, en commerciële kansen signaleren en omzetten in concrete samenwerkingen. Targets horen erbij, maar we zien ze vooral als iets om samen naartoe te werken.
