The posting

• Je verwerkt binnenkomende bestellingen in SAP. Leveringen stem je af met de klant en de transportafdeling.

• Je begeleidt klanten die overstappen naar ons online bestelplatform.

• Je zorgt ervoor dat gevraagde leveringen op tijd bij de klant aankomen, rekening houdend met product- en transportbeschikbaarheid.

• Je werkt pro-actief en bent een echte problem-solver: je probeert de klant steeds voor te zijn. Je probeert potentiële vragen van een klant al te voorzien en ondersteunt hem in het beheer van zijn orderboek.

• Je gaat op zoek naar optimalisatiemogelijkheden en neemt initiatief om processen te optimaliseren.

• Je bent flexibel en draagt met jouw collega’s een groepsverantwoordelijkheid voor het hele team. Je hebt een eigen klantenportefeuille, maar bent ook back-up voor collega’s.

• Je draagt je steentje bij aan en ondersteunt lopende projecten binnen internal sales.

• Je genoot een hogere (master) opleiding.

• Je hebt een zeer goede talenkennis, native kennis is een bijzondere troef! (afhankelijk van jouw basismarkten: Engels / Frans / Duits).

• Je hebt een excellente pc-vaardigheid, SAP-kennis is een voordeel.

• Je ben in staat om op een gestructureerde wijze te werken, informatie te analyseren, oplossingen te vinden, autonoom te werken en actie te nemen.

• Je bent stressbestendig en leergierig, je kan je manier van werken snel aanpassen in een veranderlijke business context.

• Je hebt de juiste communicatieskills (vlot, constructief, to-the-point) en bent een echte teamplayer.

• Je hebt een uitgesproken commerciële feeling, je denkt en handelt zeer klantgericht.

• Je hebt een positieve attitude en de juiste motivatie om resultaten te bekomen.

• Je rapporteert aan de internal sales team manager.
