The posting

Als Internal Sales Medewerker ondersteun je het salesteam bij commerciële en technisch inhoudelijke klantvragen. Je adviseert klanten, bereidt offertes en dossiers voor en volgt deze actief op tot de overdracht van het order. Daarnaast onderhoud je klantencontacten en denk je mee over nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.

Jouw rol:

  • ondersteunen van Sales bij vragen rond productkeuze, toepassingen, prijzen en commerciële voorstellen
  • verzamelen van de nodige informatie om offertes en orders correct voor te bereiden en opvolgen van dossiers van aanvraag tot orderoverdracht
  • vertalen van klantvragen naar duidelijke voorstellen en correct verwerken van de technische en commerciële informatie
  • afstemmen met verschillende interne afdelingen om klantvragen en dossiers correct op te volgen
  • opvolgen van leads en actief meedenken over nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten
  • ondersteunen van Sales bij prospectie, klantbezoeken en beurzen
  • proactief onderhouden van klantencontacten, achterhalen van behoeften en actief opvolgen van lopende offertes
  • zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht van dossiers naar de betrokken afdelingen en overzichtelijk bijhouden van commerciële informatie
  • nauw samenwerken met en rapporteren aan de Sales Director
  • je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting
  • ervaring binnen internal sales of commerciële binnendienst is een pluspunt
  • je hebt affiniteit met technische producten, begrijpt hoe een offerteproces verloopt en kan klantbehoeften snel doorgronden
  • je werkt gestructureerd en klantgericht en behoudt het overzicht en de juiste prioriteiten bij verschillende lopende dossiers
  • je bent commercieel ingesteld en neemt graag zelf contact op met klanten om offertes en opportuniteiten verder op te volgen
  • je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van MS Office en ervaring met ERP-systemen
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een zeer goede kennis van het Engels en een goede kennis van het Frans; basiskennis Duits is een pluspunt
