Onze missie is om 'zoveel mogelijk met psychische problematiek de kans te bieden zich te oriënteren op de arbeidsmarkt'. Vervolgens bieden wij een passend traject met de passende financiering. Dit alles in samenwerking met UWV, gemeenten en werkgevers. Twomorrow werkt samen met GGZ-instellingen in Gelderland en Overijssel aan het herstel van mensen. Wij zijn specialist in IPS, een bewezen participatiemethodiek. Twomorrow telt ongeveer 40 innovatieve medewerkers en de groei is er zeker nog niet uit. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een innovatieve en ondernemende IPS-trajectbegeleider. Wat ga je doen? Als trajectbegeleider maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair behandelteam en word jij dé expert op het gebied van werk en inkomen. Je gaat de gemotiveerde cliënten ondersteuning bieden op de weg naar werk en studie. Je doet dit op basis van de IPS-methodiek, waarvoor je van ons een opleiding krijgt. Je krijgt veel professionele vrijheid. Zo heb je regie over je eigen caseload en agenda. Vertrouwen krijgen en geven, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en krijgen zijn daarmee belangrijke kenmerken van werken bij Twomorrow. We werken samen, met plezier en geloven in succes voor iedereen.
