Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde IT-dienstverlener die organisaties ondersteunt als strategische technologiepartner en hen begeleidt bij het realiseren van hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, service en duurzame samenwerkingen biedt het bedrijf een totaaloplossing waarbij technische expertise, vertrouwen en een no-nonsense aanpak centraal staan. Ter versterking van het commerciële team zijn zij op zoek naar een IT Accountmanager die bestaande klantenrelaties verder uitbouwt en nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteert.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je onderhoudt en verdiept langdurige samenwerkingen met bestaande klanten en positioneert jezelf als betrouwbare adviseur dankzij je expertise en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over hoe de IT-omgeving van klanten optimaal kan aansluiten bij hun behoeften en groeiplannen en biedt onderbouwd eerstelijnsadvies.
  • Je vertaalt de strategische doelstellingen van klanten naar passende, op maat uitgewerkte IT-oplossingen.
  • Je stemt nauw af met het technische team voor de opstart en uitvoering van projecten en werkt samen met inside sales voor het opstellen van correcte offertes.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op events en bouwt actief nieuwe contacten uit.
  • Je volgt trends en evoluties binnen de IT-sector op de voet.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Informatica - en netwerkbeheer of een gerelateerd vakgebied
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring in een commerciële en/of IT-gerelateerde functie.
  • Je hebt een sterke praktische kennis van Microsoft-omgevingen en courante IT-architecturen binnen een kmo-context.
  • Ervaring met VoIP, macOS en cloudoplossingen is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
