Du möchtest die digitale Zusammenarbeit in einem globalen Unternehmen aktiv mitgestalten? Du kennst das Microsoft-365-Ökosystem, erkennst Potenziale neuer Technologien und bringst Themen strukturiert von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung? Dann werde Teil unseres Digital Workplace Teams und gestalte die Zukunft der digitalen Zusammenarbeit bei ALPLA.

* Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Roadmap gemeinsam mit unserem Digital Workplace Team

* Übersetzung strategischer Ziele und neuer Microsoft-Innovationen in konkrete Initiativen und Lösungen

* Priorisierung, Planung und Koordination von Aktivitäten innerhalb des Microsoft-365-Ökosystems

* Steuerung von Abhängigkeiten, Verantwortlichkeiten, Zeitplänen und Fortschritten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Microsoft 365 Engineers, IT-Teams, Business-Stakeholdern und externen Partnern

* Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in den Bereichen Collaboration, Productivity und User Experience

* Bewertung neuer Technologien und Funktionen hinsichtlich ihres Mehrwerts für unsere Organisation

* Unterstützung von Themen rund um AI, Automation, Security, Lifecycle Management und moderne Workplace-Lösungen

* Begleitung von Initiativen von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung

* Schaffung von Transparenz sowie konsequentes Nachhalten von Roadmap- und Projektmaßnahmen

Das bringst du mit

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-365-Umfeld und dessen Ökosystem

* Erfahrung mit Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online oder vergleichbaren Cloud-Services

* Fähigkeit, technologische Entwicklungen zu verstehen und in konkrete Business-Anwendungen zu übersetzen

* Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Planungs- und Priorisierungskompetenz

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung in der Koordination unterschiedlicher Stakeholder und Teams

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie Freude daran, Themen aktiv voranzutreiben

* Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit technischen und nicht-technischen Ansprechpartnern

* Begeisterung für moderne Workplace-Technologien und digitale Zusammenarbeit

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
