Deze organisatie verstrekt leningen voor verduurzaming, verbouwingen of de aankoop van een eerste huis. Job description Wij zoeken een hands-on IT-Coördinator/Specialist die het team ondersteunt in het beheer van infrastructuur, werkplek en randapplicaties. Je zorgt voor stabiliteit en continuïteit in de dagelijkse operatie en draagt tegelijkertijd bij aan het verbeteren en vastleggen van werkwijzen. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen en leveranciers en speelt een belangrijke rol in het coördineren van incidenten, wijzigingen en toegangsbeheer. Daarnaast kijk je met een frisse blik naar het bestaande IT-landschap en de bijbehorende processen en kom je met concrete verbetervoorstellen. Wat ga je doen? Je bent samen met je drie directe collega's verantwoordelijk voor dit domein. Dat betekent dat je als inhoudelijk expert betrokken bent bij informatievragen, incidenten, changes en projecten. Een belangrijke doelstelling is het borgen van de kwaliteit van dienstverlening. Tegelijkertijd werk je aan het structureren en documenteren van werkwijzen, zodat deze beter overdraagbaar worden en waar mogelijk verbeterd kunnen worden. Je takenpakket omvat onder andere: - Coördineren van incidenten en problemen binnen infrastructuur en applicaties; - Afstemmen met interne afdelingen en leveranciers en bewaken van voortgang en kwaliteit; - Inventariseren en coördineren van wijzigingen, inclusief impactanalyses en risicobeoordeling; - Deelnemen aan en voorbereiden van de Change Advisory Board (Infra); - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en communicatie rondom gebruikers- en werkplekondersteuning in samenwerking met leveranciers - Uitvoeren van authenticatie- en autorisatieprocessen bij in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Documenteren van werkwijzen en signaleren van verbetermogelijk...
