The posting

Een technisch probleem uitzoeken, een installatie werkend krijgen en een klant verder helpen: haal jij daar voldoening uit? In deze functie combineer je IT-support en infrastructuur met werk bij klanten. Je volgt vragen op van de eerste analyse tot de oplossing en ziet ter plaatse het resultaat van je werk.

Voor een gespecialiseerd technologiebedrijf zoeken we een IT-collega die graag zelfstandig werkt en helder communiceert. Je ondersteunt klanten bij systemen waarin infrastructuur en gespecialiseerde software samenkomen. Die specifieke toepassingen leer je kennen binnen de functie.

Takenpakket:

  • Je installeert, configureert en onderhoudt systemen bij klanten.
  • Je verzorgt eerste- en tweedelijnssupport en onderzoekt storingen in software, netwerken en infrastructuur.
  • Je werkt mee aan migraties, upgrades en implementaties.
  • Je gebruikt onder meer Azure en SQL om systemen te ondersteunen en problemen te analyseren.
  • Je legt klanten begrijpelijk uit wat er aan de hand is, adviseert hen en volgt je interventies zorgvuldig op.

Je plant je klantenbezoeken zelf. Gemiddeld ben je drie dagen per week onderweg, voornamelijk in België. De overige dagen werk je thuis of op kantoor. Er is geen wachtdienst en interventies komen zelden voor.

Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in IT-support, systeembeheer of infrastructuur. Je hoeft geen jarenlange loopbaan mee te brengen, maar kunt wel concreet toelichten welke technische taken je zelfstandig hebt uitgevoerd.

  • Je hebt een goede basis in Azure, netwerken en IT-infrastructuur, en kunt met SQL-queries werken.
  • Bij een storing zoek je stap voor stap naar de oorzaak. Je weet ook wanneer je hulp moet inschakelen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en legt technische zaken duidelijk uit aan mensen zonder IT-achtergrond. Frans is niet vereist.
  • Je vindt het prettig om klanten persoonlijk te helpen en bent graag onderweg.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je planning, uitvoering en terugkoppeling.

Ervaring met Microsoft 365, Intune of scripting is mooi meegenomen.
