BDO Digital Technology Services (DTS), de IT afdeling, is de plek waar jij dit samen met jouw collega's doet. Zo werk je dagelijks samen met business stakeholders, productmanagement en ontwikkelteams aan het scherp krijgen van wensen en requirements. Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar heldere user stories en acceptatiecriteria, bewaakt prioriteiten binnen de backlog en leidt refinementsessies. Daarnaast toon je eigenaarschap over de applicaties, signaleer je risico's tijdig en draag je actief bij aan continue verbetering van processen en systemen. Je slaat de brug tussen business requirements en de techniek. Verder zet jij jouw ervaring en resultaatgerichtheid in bij: - Het uitvoeren van requirements en impactanalyses en deze te structureren en prioriteren. - Het actief managen van afhankelijkheden tussen business users, business IT teams en interne development/platform teams samen met de Product Owner en Product Manager. - Het voorbereiden en begeleiden van inhoudelijke refinements en besluitvorming. - Het vroegtijdig signaleren van risico's en waar nodig te escaleren. - Het nemen van eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid voor de voortgang en overzicht in de teams binnen een agile werkwijze. Met jouw kennis van businessprocessen, IT en stakeholdermanagement breng je structuur en focus binnen ons Compliance domein. Het domein is voortdurend in beweging en bestaat uit een breed en complex applicatielandschap waarin wet- en regelgeving, businessprocessen en technologie samenkomen.
