Jouw dag draait om het smeden van de perfecte brug tussen vooruitstrevende technologie en concrete businessprocessen. Als IT Project Manager word je de directe rechterhand van de IT Manager en stuur je de digitale transformatie van A tot Z aan.

  • Je coördineert de volledige migratie van SAP naar Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, zodat alle afdelingen feilloos op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Je vertaalt complexe operationele behoeften naar efficiënte softwareoplossingen die de dagelijkse werking eenvoudiger maken.
  • Externe implementatiepartners en leveranciers worden door jou strak aangestuurd op basis van duidelijke kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, het budget en de scope nauwgezet om projecten succesvol en binnen de deadline op te leveren.
  • Collega's uit productie, logistiek en finance neem je mee op sleeptouw via interactieve workshops en gerichte gebruikersopleidingen.
  • Actief meedenken over procesoptimalisatie zorgt ervoor dat je structurele verbeterkansen direct signaleert en implementeert.

Profiel

Als IT Project Manager breng je niet alleen technische bagage mee, maar vooral een gezonde dosis ondernemerszin en een pragmatische mentaliteit.

  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in de IT of bedrijfskunde, of bent gelijkwaardig gevormd door waardevolle praktijkervaring.
  • Ervaring met omvangrijke ERP-projecten of digitale transformatietrajecten zorgt ervoor dat je meteen stevig in je schoenen staat.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een vlotte communicator die moeiteloos schakelt tussen de werkvloer en technische experts.
