Ben jij een IT Recruiter die de taal van de business spreekt én weet waar schaarse IT-experts zich bevinden?

Versterk ons dynamisch HR-team en neem het volledige talent acquisitionproces van A tot Z in handen.

Je analyseert rekruteringsbehoeften, stelt aantrekkelijke functieprofielen op en identificeert potentiële kandidaten via sociale media, gerichte searches op jobsites en onze interne databank. Je voert telefonische screenings en diepte-interviews en stelt geschikte kandidaten voor aan je klanten.

Je begeleidt kandidaten doorheen het volledige selectieproces tot en met de contractondertekening en fungeert als een rekruteringspartner voor je verschillende opdrachtgevers.

Daarnaast vertegenwoordig je Smals op job- en campusbeurzen en andere IT-events en maak je optimaal gebruik van sociale media om je eigen netwerk en het Smals-netwerk continu uit te breiden.

Naargelang je interesses en verworven expertise kan je ook meewerken aan algemene HR-projecten.

Uw profiel

- Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma met een specialisatie in Human Resources en hebt een sterke affiniteit met IT. Je hebt relevante ervaring in rekrutering, bij voorkeur van IT-profielen.

- Het is je gedreven inzet, dynamisme en proactieve ingesteldheid die we zoeken.

- Je bent een netwerker, communiceert vlot en toont overtuigingskracht.

- Een goede kennis van MS Office is een pluspunt.

- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede mondelinge kennis van het Frans.
