In dieser Schlüsselrolle sorgst du vor Ort für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb und arbeitest eng mit lokalen KollegInnen, zentralen IT-SpezialistInnen und externen Partnern zusammen. Je nach Erfahrung bietet dir diese Position attraktive Entwicklungsspielräume.

Ihre Aufgaben

Standortbetreuung & IT-Betrieb * Eigenständige Durchführung und aktive Umsetzung standortbezogener IT-Aufgaben * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, hochwertigen IT-Betriebs in einem produktionskritischen Umfeld * Effektives Störungs-, Eskalations- und Problemmanagement

Projektarbeit & Weiterentwicklung * Umsetzung und Begleitung von Projekten im OT-nahen Umfeld (z. B. TISAX-Einführung und -Weiterentwicklung, OT-Servicehärtung) * Mitarbeit bei zentralen IT-Services sowie Leitung oder Beteiligung an unternehmensweiten IT-Projekten

Technischer Support & Troubleshooting * Hands-on-Troubleshooting in den Bereichen Server, Netzwerk, Virtualisierung und Client-Server-Umgebungen * Koordination und fachliche Steuerung externer Dienstleistungspartner

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung & Fachwissen * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, Studium oder vergleichbar) * Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit: ** *** Microsoft Server- und Client-Betriebssystemen *** Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware) *** Netzwerktechnik *** Grundlagen der IT-Security

Erfahrung & Verständnis * Erfahrung in produzierenden oder OT-nahen Umgebungen von Vorteil * Technisches Verständnis für produktionsnahe Applikationen (z. B. LVS, MDE/BDE-Systeme) * Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle IT - Produktion - Technik

Persönliche Stärken * Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität * Sehr gutes Projekt- und Prozessverständnis * Teamplayer mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Kommunikationsstärke
