Als Senior IT Support Engineer ben je veel meer dan een supportmedewerker. Je bent een technisch aanspreekpunt, denkt mee over verbeteringen en neemt initiatief om de IT-omgeving verder te professionaliseren. Je combineert operationele ondersteuning met projectwerk en krijgt de ruimte om écht impact te maken.

  • Meewerken aan IT-projecten rond vernieuwing en optimalisatie van de IT-infrastructuur
  • Aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers, interne stakeholders en externe IT-partners
  • Incidenten en technische storingen snel en efficiënt oplossen en waar nodig de leiding nemen
  • 1e en 2e lijns systeembeheer van zowel kantoor- als productieomgevingen
  • Complexe dossiers opvolgen in samenwerking met externe leveranciers
  • Procedures, documentatie en best practices ontwikkelen om de IT-werking verder te optimaliseren
  • Het correcte gebruik van systemen bewaken en actief meedenken over verbeteringen
  • Je bent een ervaren IT-professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Tegelijk haal je energie uit samenwerken en het delen van je kennis.
  • Minstens heb je 5 jaar ervaring binnen IT-support of systeembeheer.
  • Een sterke kennis van Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 en Cisco mag niet ontbreken.
  • Je hebt een brede technische achtergrond binnen infrastructuur, netwerken, werkplekbeheer en IT-security.
  • Een analytische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid is een must.
  • In het Nederlands én het Frans communiceer je vlot.
