Voor onze klant, een internationale organisatie met een sterke reputatie op het vlak van kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid, zijn we op zoek naar een IT Support & System Engineer.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je technische ondersteuning van eindgebruikers met het beheer en de verdere optimalisatie van de IT-infrastructuur. Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving waarin je vanuit Antwerpen samenwerkt met collega’s en gebruikers in verschillende vestigingen wereldwijd.

Jouw uitdaging

Als IT Support & System Engineer ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de eindgebruikers en de IT-infrastructuur. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers kunnen rekenen op een stabiele, performante en veilige IT-omgeving.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat zowel first- en tweedelijns IT-support als systeem-, netwerk- en securitybeheer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning bij hardware-, software-, netwerk- en Microsoft 365-gerelateerde vragen en problemen.
  • Je behandelt incidenten en serviceaanvragen en zorgt voor een efficiënte oplossing of opvolging.
  • Je beheert gebruikersaccounts, toegangsrechten en groepsstructuren binnen Active Directory.
  • Je ondersteunt het dagelijkse operationele beheer van de IT-infrastructuur.
  • Je werkt mee aan het beheer van servers, back-upsystemen en beveiligingsoplossingen.
  • Je beheert en monitort netwerkcomponenten zoals firewalls, switches, routers en wifi-omgevingen.
  • Je installeert, configureert en vervangt werkstations, laptops, printers en andere IT-apparatuur.
  • Je draagt bij aan de implementatie en opvolging van beveiligingsmaatregelen rond cybersecurity, endpoint protection en netwerkbeveiliging.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers, externe partners en collega’s van de verschillende internationale vestigingen.
  • Je volgt nieuwe technologieën en ontwikkelingen binnen IT op en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.

Wie zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar een hands-on IT-professional die energie krijgt van het oplossen van technische problemen, maar daarnaast ook interesse heeft in infrastructuur, security en systeembeheer.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een IT-gerelateerde richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen IT-support, systeembeheer of een infrastructuuromgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Windows 11 en Microsoft 365.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van netwerken, servers en IT-security.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en analytisch en weet technische problemen efficiënt aan te pakken.
