Wir suchen eine_n 1 IT System-Techniker_in Vollzeit (38,5 h)

zur Unterstützung unseres motivierten und wertschätzenden Teams.

Tätigkeitsbereich:

* Betreuung, Wartung und Instandhaltung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kund_innen (KMU)

* Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Systemen im Bereich Netzwerk (WAN, LAN), Server-Systeme, PC Arbeitsstationen u. Peripheriegeräte

* Installation und Pflege diverser System- und Anwendungssoftware der Kund_innen

* Implementierung von IT-Security Lösungen (Firewall, Virenschutz, E-Mail Security)

* Analyse und Behebung konkreter Problemstellungen (1st und 2nd Level Support) im KMU- und Internet-Bereich

Anforderungsprofil :

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informationstechnologie

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Idealerweise Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Netzwerkbereich (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VoIP), Microsoft BackOffice Produkte

* Umfassende Kenntnisse mit Client Betriebssystemen (Microsoft) und Peripheriegeräten

* Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV

* Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Linux Betriebssystemen

* Erfahrung mit Internetzugangslösungen von Vorteil

* Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz

* Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Selbständiges, verlässliches Arbeiten
