Als Jachtmonteur in Heeg bouw je luxe motorjachten technisch op vanaf het casco. Je werkt aan één compleet eindproduct en ziet het uiteindelijk zelf de werf verlaten. Wat ga je doen? Als Jachtmonteur in Heeg werk je aan de nieuwbouw van luxe motorjachten. Geen rij jachten waaraan je steeds dezelfde handeling uitvoert, maar complete projecten waarbij je verschillende technische systemen aan boord monteert. Je werkt onder andere in de machinekamer en andere technische ruimtes van het jacht. Aan de hand van tekeningen bouw je installaties stap voor stap op. Motoren en aandrijvingen moeten goed worden geplaatst en uitgelijnd, leidingen moeten netjes lopen en alle systemen moeten uiteindelijk functioneren zoals bedoeld. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Plaatsen en nauwkeurig uitlijnen van motoren en IPS-aandrijvingen; - Monteren van Seakeepers en andere stabilisatiesystemen; - Aanleggen en aansluiten van koelwater- en drinkwatersystemen; - Monteren van leidingwerk en werktuigbouwkundige installaties; - Werken vanaf technische tekeningen en specificaties; - Controleren of gemonteerde onderdelen correct zijn aangesloten; - Testen van installaties tijdens de afbouw; - Technische problemen tijdens de montage signaleren en oplossen; - Afstemmen met collega's van onder andere elektrotechniek, assemblage en interieurbouw. Je bent betrokken bij een groot deel van het bouwproces. Daardoor zie je een kaal casco steeds verder veranderen. Eerst staan er nog losse onderdelen en installaties naast het jacht. Een tijd later ligt er een compleet motorjacht klaar om het water op te gaan. Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
