* Wir suchen eine inspirierende Persönlichkeit, die als Köch_in Verantwortung übernimmt, unser Team führt und unsere kulinarische Linie weiterentwickelt.

Du entscheidest mit, wo's hingeht - und bringst deine Handschrift auf den Teller.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs in organisatorischen und operativen Belange

* Aktive Mitarbeit in der Küche (À-la-carte, Veranstaltungen

* Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs

* Zubereitung von Speisen der modernen und österreichischen Küche

* Bereitstellung des erforderlichen Mis-en-place

* Zusammenarbeit mit Bar & Service, um das Gästeerlebnis ganzheitlich zu gestalten
