fr-8 ist ein wachsender, österreichischer Spediteur mit Sitz in Wien. Im Bereich Luftfracht Export suchen wir eine motivierte und am österreichischen Luftfrachtmarkt gut vernetzte Persönlichkeit, die operative Verantwortung übernimmt und den weiteren Aufbau unseres Air-Freight-Export-Bereichs aktiv mitgestaltet. Selbstverständlich sind wir IATA-Agent und Reglementierter Beauftragter.

Wir sind kein Konzern. Entscheidungswege sind kurz, Iterationen schnell möglich und Ideen können rasch umgesetzt werden. Dafür braucht es E... 1 Junior Air Freight Export Manager (m/w/d) Standort: 1010 Wien, mit ausgezeichneter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr (S-Bahn Wien Mitte, U4, U3, U1) sowie attraktivem Umfeld

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Stunden pro Woche

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten ºEigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von der Angebotslegung bis zur Buchung, Abholung/Zustellung, und Abrechnung. ºVerhandlung mit Airlines, Agenten und Partnern ºOperative Abwicklung komplexer Luftfrachten einschließlich Spezialtransporte und Gefahrgut ºBetreuung und Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Kunden und internationalen Agenten ºAktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessen, Standards und zukünftiger Ausrichtung ºWissensvermittlung und fachlicher Austausch im Team ºKontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Standards und Arbeitsweisen

ºBerufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht Export Operations ºAbgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management (Lehre, FH, Universität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) ºFundierte Kenntnisse internationaler Luftfrachtprozesse sowie der relevanten Zoll- und Exportbestimmungen ºErfahrung mit Gefahrgut (vorzugsweise IATA-DG geschult) ºErfahrung mit CargoWise One oder einem vergleichbaren Transport Management System (TMS) ºSehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office ºAusgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten ºHohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen sind willkommen

Finanzielle Vergütung: Ab EUR 3.345,10 brutto (Kollektivvertrag Spedition Beschäftigungsgruppe C, Stufe I, Vollzeitbasis, 14 Monatsgehälter / Jahr). Ticket für die Wiener Öffis. Je nach Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung ausdrücklich möglich und verhandelbar.
