Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine_n Junior Sales Manager:in (m/w/d) mit Perspektive zum/zur Area Sales Manager_in. 1 Junior AREA SALES MANAGER_IN Um gemeinsame Ziele zu verwirklichen unterstützen wir Verkaufstalente in einem praxisnahen Trainee Programm. Dabei fördern wir Talente, Fähigkeiten, Stärken und bieten eine aussichtsreiche Perspektive für die Zukunft.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Betreuung unserer Handelspartner und des bestehenden Kundennetzwerks in verschiedensten globalen Regionen (Zentralasien/Nordeuropa/Naher Osten/Afrika)

* Präsenz der Felder Group in den jeweiligen Märkten ausbauen

* Technische und kaufmännische Beratung von Kunden

* Durchführung und Organisation von regionalen Messen

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Fachschule, HAK, sonstige technische oder kaufmännische Schule), vorzugsweise im Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, jede Form von Holztechnik, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich

* Sehr gutes technisches und/oder kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und hohe Motivation

* Zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Führungspotential

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft

* Führerschein B

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil (schwedisch/russisch/französisch)
