- Junior Bezwaar Behandelaar - 's-Gravenhage - • HBO - • 32-36 uur - • Fulltime Over de functie Als Bezwaar Behandelaar werk je aan bestuursrechtelijke dossiers en bezwaarprocedures binnen het publieke domein. Je analyseert juridische vraagstukken, toetst besluitvorming en zorgt voor goed onderbouwde adviezen. Met jouw kennis van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb) draag je bij aan zorgvuldige en transparante processen. Dit doe je in een dynamische omgeving waarin je te maken krijgt met politiek-bestuurlijke gevoeligheid en maatschappelijke impact. Wat je gaat doen: - Behandelen: bezwaarprocedures analyseren en beoordelen op juridische gronden. - Adviseren: juridische vraagstukken bespreken en oplossingen aandragen binnen het bestuursrecht. - Toetsen: besluitvorming controleren op juridische correctheid en consistentie. - Schrijven: heldere en goed onderbouwde adviezen en besluiten opstellen. - Samenwerken: afstemmen met collega's en betrokken partijen om tot de beste oplossingen te komen Wat we je bieden - Salaris tussen €3579,02 en €4999,46 per maand. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast. - Werken met minimaal 32 uur per week. - Mogelijkheden om deels vanuit huis te werken. - Een eigen contactpersoon voor al je vragen en ondersteuning. - Bijdragen aan maatschappelijke vraagstukken binnen een divers en betrokken team. Functie eisen - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Nederlands Recht. - Minimaal 1 jaar bezwaarervaring (geen stage). - Kennis van bestuursrecht en de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb). - Communicatief sterk en resultaatgericht.
