Als Junior Business Controller help je de organisatie betere beslissingen te nemen door cijfers te analyseren en rapporten op te maken.

Je werkt nauw samen met Finance, Sales en Operations en denkt mee na over verbeteringen in processen en resultaten.

Daarnaast krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een groeiende internationale onderneming.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je staat mee in voor de maandelijkse facturatie en volgt deze nauwkeurig op.
  • Je analyseert cijfers en resultaten en helpt mee om opportuniteiten en verbeterpunten in kaart te brengen.

Je ondersteunt bij het opvolgen van budgetten, forecasts en financiële prestaties.

Je werkt rapporten, dashboards en analyses uit die collega's en management helpen bij hun dagelijkse beslissingen.

Je controleert en verwerkt gegevens zodat rapporteringen steeds correct en betrouwbaar zijn.

Je denkt mee na over efficiëntere processen en draagt bij aan de verdere digitalisering van de organisatie.

  • Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen met financiële en operationele analyses.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Finance, Sales en Operations en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor financiële vragen.
  • Je levert ad-hoc analyses aan en helpt mee bij uiteenlopende projecten.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring opgedaan binnen finance, controlling of business analyse, maar ook gemotiveerde starters komen zeker in aanmerking.
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers en haalt energie uit het analyseren van gegevens.
  • Je gaat nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je denkt mee na over oplossingen en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en bent bereid om je hierin verder te verdiepen.

Kennis van Microsoft Business Central is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.

Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen.
