The posting

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij financiële analyse wordt gecombineerd met een sterke link naar onze projecten en dagelijkse werking.

Een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is de financiële opvolging van onze spoorweg- en elektriciteitsprojecten. Samen met de projectverantwoordelijken volg je kosten, opbrengsten en marges op en analyseer je afwijkingen tussen calculatie en werkelijke resultaten.

Je volgt onder meer gepresteerde uren, materiaalverbruik, onderaanneming en andere projectkosten op. Je helpt projectleiders om een duidelijk financieel beeld van hun projecten te behouden en signaleert aandachtspunten wanneer cijfers of marges afwijken.

Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de verdere implementatie en uitbouw van ons ERP-systeem. Je helpt bij controles en testen, bewaakt de kwaliteit van gegevens en denkt mee na over rapporteringen en dashboards. Ook zoeken we samen naar mogelijkheden om bestaande Excel- en administratieve processen slimmer en efficiënter te maken.

Binnen de financiële rapportering ondersteun je onder andere bij:

  • maandelijkse managementrapporteringen;
  • analyses van omzet, kosten, marges en resultaten;
  • budget-versus-actualanalyses;
  • budgetten en forecasts;
  • het ontwikkelen en opvolgen van relevante KPI’s;
  • cashflow- en liquiditeitsprognoses;
  • financiële informatie voor managementbesprekingen en audits.

Ook bij subsidieprojecten help je mee om financiële en administratieve informatie te verzamelen, dossiers voor te bereiden en deadlines en voorwaarden op te volgen.

Kortom: een brede financiële functie waarin je niet alleen rapporteert wat er gebeurd is, maar actief meehelpt om onze projecten en processen beter te begrijpen en te verbeteren.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in finance, accountancy-fiscaliteit, handelswetenschappen, bedrijfskunde, TEW of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je hebt interesse in ERP-systemen, digitalisering en data-analyse.
  • Je bent analytisch en cijfermatig sterk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, maar verliest het grotere geheel niet uit het oog.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar hoe projecten en werven in de praktijk functioneren.
  • Je neemt initiatief en signaleert zelf afwijkingen of verbetermogelijkheden.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kunt financiële informatie helder uitleggen aan niet-financiële collega’s.
  • Je werkt graag samen met zowel financiële als technische profielen.
  • Je bent pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar voor ons zijn vooral je analytische ingesteldheid, leergierigheid en interesse in onze projectwerking belangrijk.
