Deel vacature: Hoe jij het verschil maakt Als Junior Financieel Adviseur Zorginkoop ben jij een belangrijke adviseur en gesprekspartner voor de afdeling Zorginkoop. Samen met de zorginkopers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beoordelen en beheren van contracten met zorgaanbieders. Tijdens gesprekken met zorgaanbieders richt jij je specifiek op het financiële deel van de contractering. Op basis van jouw analyses adviseer je zorginkopers over kansen, risico's en mogelijke vervolgstappen. In deze functie beheer je een eigen portefeuille van zorgaanbieders. Voor deze aanbieders monitor je gedurende het jaar de financiële ontwikkelingen, prestaties en contractafspraken. Je signaleert afwijkingen, brengt risico's in kaart en vertaalt data naar praktische adviezen. Om de samenwerking en resultaten te bespreken met zorgaanbieders, ga je gemiddeld 1 - 2 keer per maand op werkbezoek. Deze gesprekken voer je altijd samen met een Zorginkoper. Naast contractmanagement en financiële analyses, ben je actief betrokken in het verbeteren van processen binnen het team. Je ziet kansen om slimmer en efficiënter te werken. Ook denk je mee over oplossingen op het gebied van AI, digitalisering en data-gedreven werken. Daarmee help je ons de stap te zetten van een reactieve naar een meer proactieve werkwijze. Je komt te werken in een team van 13 betrokken collega's, variërend van junior tot senior.
