Vanuit onze vestiging in Hazeldonk verzorgen wij dagelijks transporten door heel Europa, met een sterke focus op Frankrijk. Wij zijn als groupagebedrijf gespecialiseerd in onder andere: - Machines en buitenmaatse goederen; - Kwetsbare en hightech producten; - HACCP-goederen; - ADR-goederen; - Retail, chemie en staaltransport.Met ruim 130 collega's werken we iedere dag aan onze belofte: First Class Service. Dat doen we met vakmanschap, betrokkenheid en een oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit. - Kwalificeren van binnenkomende en potentiële leads door zorgvuldig en betrouwbaar volume, omvang, geschiktheid van de dienst (opslag, fulfilment/vracht) en commerciële haalbaarheid te beoordelen alvorens verkoop- of operationele middelen in te zetten. - Van begin tot eind verantwoordelijk zijn voor een portfolio van klantaccounts, waarbij je vanuit betrokkenheid duurzame relaties opbouwt, commerciële voorwaarden bewaakt en actief aandacht houdt voor de tevredenheid en behoeften van de klant. - Prijzen voor accounts opstellen en beheren, waarbij je op een betrouwbare en transparante manier offertes opstelt voor nieuwe opdrachten, prijzen van bestaande accounts aanpast bij veranderingen in volume of omvang en tarieven vaststelt voor nieuwe dienstlijnen. - Fungeren als escalatiepunt voor serviceproblemen en vanuit betrokkenheid en oplossingsgerichtheid samenwerken met magazijn-, fulfilment- en vrachtteams om SLA-overtredingen, terugboekingen en andere knelpunten effectief op te lossen. - De prestaties van accounts bijhouden aan de hand van contractuele KPI's (tijdige verzending, nauwkeurigheid en...
