Het gaat dan om technisch en organisatorisch complexe projecten, zowel in nieuwbouw, verbouw als in onderhoud. De ambitie is 'gebouwen slimmer maken'. En dat mag je op twee manieren lezen: het bouwen zelf slimmer aanpakken maar ook het gebouw slimmere functionaliteiten geven. Want op beide terreinen bestaan talloze kansen. Met slimmere en duurzamere technieken, concepten en methodes. Met vakmanschap en samenwerking. Met mensen die creatief zijn in hun denken en anderen inspireren ook een stapje verder te gaan. Deze organisatie is onderdeel van een groot netwerk van bedrijven dat de leefomgeving op een duurzame manier vernieuwt, inricht en onderhoudt. Binnen deze organisatie word jij in deze rol werkzaam op de afdeling Renovatie en Verbouw. Deze afdeling is gespecialiseerd in verbouw- en onderhoudsprojecten, maar ook nieuwbouwopdrachten tot ca. € 10 miljoen. De omloopsnelheid van deze projecten is hoog en het soort projecten heel divers. Snel schakelen is dus een must: de ene keer renoveer je 232 hotelkamers en de andere keer vernieuwbouw je een supermarkt waarboven ook 12 appartementen worden gerealiseerd. Functie inhoud Als Junior Kostendeskundige Bouw werk je aan projecten (tot +- € 10 miljoen) vanuit standplaats Amsterdam. Hoe krijgt jouw werk hier invulling? Een project begint bij de offerte aanvraag. Deze komen zowel telefonisch als middels bestek en tekeningen bij je binnen. Vervolgens maak jij een afspraak met de klant, en ga je zelfstandig langs om het werk op te nemen en uit te rekenen. Deze begroting bestaat uit een kostprijscalculatie waarbij werkmethoden, planningen, hoeveelheden en prijzen van het materiaal en materieel zijn opgenomen.
