Für unser Team suchen wir einen engagierten 1 Junior Souschef (m/w/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN BEI UNS:

* Zuständig für die Leitung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter während der Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs

* Sicherstellen eines professionellen und optimalen Arbeitsablaufes

* Erstellen von Speise- und Menükarten oder Tagesangeboten je nach Saison der Lebensmittel mit dem Küchenchef

* Kontrolle der Waren und deren Lagerhaltung

* Einkauf der Waren und Kalkulation in Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs

* Einhalten der HACCP-Richtlinien in der Küche

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in allen Küchenbereichen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch / Köchin

* Profunde Deutschkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitern

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der HACCP-Vorschriften

* Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Qualitätsorientierung

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und überzeugendes und gewinnendes Auftreten

* Can-do Einstellung, "Hands-on Mentalität" und hohe Lösungsorientierung

* Teamplayer und stressresistent

Die Bezahlung richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Hotel- und Gastgewerbe ab € 2.941,00 brutto /45 Std. mit der Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung (je nach Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung).
