Als Junior Werkvoorbereider werk je mee aan complete renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten binnen de bestaande woningbouw. Het gaat niet om afzonderlijke onderhoudswerkzaamheden, maar om projecten waarbij tientallen woningen tegelijk worden verbeterd. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan 111 woningen in Groningen. Daar worden onder meer daken en spouwmuren geïsoleerd, kozijnen vervangen en badkamers, keukens en ventilatie aangepakt. Of aan 26 appartementen in Bedum, waar renovatie wordt gecombineerd met onder andere hybride warmtepompen, zonnepanelen, nieuwe kozijnen en dakisolatie. Je hoeft nog niet zelfstandig een volledig project te kunnen voorbereiden. Samen met ervaren werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en uitvoerders leer je het vak in de praktijk. Zo bouw je stap voor stap kennis op en krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Wat maakt dit bedrijf bijzonder? Deze organisatie werkt al ruim 60 jaar aan vastgoedonderhoud en houdt zich bezig met onderhoud, verbetering en verduurzaming van bestaand vastgoed. In Noordoost-Nederland wordt onder meer gewerkt voor woningcorporaties. De organisatie beschikt over meerdere disciplines. Van planvorming en advies tot onderhoud, renovatie en verduurzaming. Daarnaast wordt veel samengewerkt met opdrachtgevers en vaste partners. Daarbij wordt onder andere gewerkt volgens Resultaat Gericht Samenwerken en Co-making. Voor jou houdt dit in dat je niet alleen leert plannen of materialen bestellen. Je krijgt zicht op het volledige proces van een renovatieproject en werkt met verschillende disciplines samen.
