In deze rol houdt jij je bezig met bijna alle aspecten binnen een bouwbedrijf. Je hebt contact met leveranciers, onderaannemers en architecten. Daarnaast ben je betrokken binnen alle afdelingen van het bedrijf. Je coördineert werkzaamheden en stuurt hierin eigen medewerkers en vaklieden van onderaannemers aan. Hierin controleer je de werkzaamheden en draag jij zorg voor de kwaliteit. Door je kennis kan jij advies geven en meedenken over bouwmethodes en werkprocessen om deze efficiënter in te richten. Tot slot breng je meer- en minderwerk in kaart en vraag je offertes aan. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal afgeronde MBO opleiding Bouwkunde - Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring maar dit is geen pré - Oplossingsgericht en daadkrachtig te werk gaan - Kennis van Microsoft Office en AutoCad - Rijbewijs B Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau MBO Aanbod: - - Ruime doorgroeimogelijkheden - Uitstekende primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Veel verantwoordelijkheid Bedrijfsprofiel . Het bedrijf houdt zich zowel bezig met bouwtechnische als installatietechnische projecten. Op het gebied van bouw realiseren zij nieuwbouw,- verbouw- en renovatieprojecten. De projecten worden uitgevoerd voor particulieren, bedrijven en instellingen. Plezier, passie en vakmanschap zijn de kernwoorden binnen dit bedrijf.
