Als Junior Werkvoorbereider Bouw in Nieuwegein ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten en zorgt dat alles technisch goed voorbereid is. Als Junior Werkvoorbereider Bouw werk je nauw samen met projectleiding, uitvoering en calculatie. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort: - Voorbereiden en controleren van technische projectstukken; - Afstemmen met projectleider, uitvoerder en calculatie; - Bewaken van planning, materialen en projectinformatie; - Controleren of ontwerpen uitvoerbaar en volledig zijn; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken in oplossingen. Wat heb je nodig? We zoeken bij VNOM een Junior werkvoorbereider Bouw met interesse en affiniteit met de bouwsector. Je hoeft niet een doorgewinterde bouwkundige te zijn want het vak wordt je verder door het bedrijf geleerd. Wel vragen we van jou minimaal het volgende: - Een afgeronde opleiding bouwkunde OF 1-2 jaar ervaring in de bouw op kantoor of uitvoerend; - Communicatief sterk en een leergierige werkhouding; - Rijbewijs B. Wat krijg je? Bij VNOM kun je rekenen op een mooie functie waar je je volledig kan ontplooien tot ervaren werkvoorbereider, en wellicht nog verder afhankelijk van jouw ambities. Verder kun je minimaal rekenen op het volgende: - Een goed salaris tussen de €3.000 en €3.900 op basis van een 40-urige werkweek; - Uitzicht op een vast contract; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Ruime opleidingsmogelijkheden middels de VNOM Academy; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting zelfstandig werkvoorbereider, projectleiding of uitvoer...
