Dan is deze rol als Junior Werkvoorbereider echt iets voor jou! Of je nu uit de werkplaats komt, jarenlang als timmerman hebt gewerkt of ervaring hebt in de houtproductie en nu de overstap naar kantoor wilt maken, je bent meer dan welkom om te reageren. Ervaring met tekenprogramma's zoals AutoCAD of BiSolid? Mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste! In deze functie ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen voorbereiding, planning en productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je stelt de dag- en weekplanning op, bewaakt de voortgang en stemt alles goed af met productie en andere betrokken afdelingen. Daarbij bereid je productieorders en assemblages voor, draag je duidelijke informatie over aan de werkvloer en begeleid je - waar nodig - de productie van prototypes en specials. Je signaleert knelpunten en afwijkingen en onderneemt direct actie. Ook denk je actief mee over het verbeteren van processen en de inzet van machines en hulpmiddelen. Je wordt ingewerkt door een ervaren collega met veel kennis en passie voor hout, die zelf ook van de werkvloer komt. Herken je jezelf hierin en heb je zin in een volgende stap?
